CHESTER HERE WE COME AGAIN!!!
I ran across a forum called Illinois/Missouri Roads, Rides and Destinations (IMRRD for short).. It's all about (guess what) roads, rides and destinations in Illinois and Missouri. Mo and Sam (Flash) and I got together with Whitestar, DreamLady, Trapper, and Chip from IMRRD for a run to Chester. They were going on down into Southern Missouri for a "Wid Hogs Campling Trip"... DON'T ASK!!!

I met the IMRRD crew in Fairview. We started out with breakfast at Bob Evans... afterward we got a chance to burn some if it off by push starting the Whitestar....

Then we met up with Mo and Flash at the usual insertion point for a Bluff Road run.

Naturally we stopped off at Eschy's in Maeystown for lunch....


Chip took a lot of guff about being the only Harley in the group.... but at least his started every time... even if pieces did end up falling off of it!!!


I don't really want to know what Rick is saying "is only that long"....


Mo looks likes he's tryin ta be da gangsta in da crew....


 

Our next stop was Prairie Du Rochere...

Once we got Rick pried away from some folks we ran into from up his way it was off to the fort.

We ended up at Chester for a pic with Popeye and a farewell that ended up wiht Trapper, DreamLady and Chip all agreeing to join the chapter...

 

Overall it was a great day, with good food, beautiful weather and wonderful new friends... these folks fit in so well you think we'd been riding together for years...Can't wait to do it again
