PDR & The Fort

2008 is off to a great start

GreenIz (aka Mrs. BigUn, aka Vanessa) got a new toy...
and this was her first outing

Looks like a pretty happy camper

A couple of our newer members came out to help kick things off...

These guys on the other hand scare me!

For the first time since we've been going to PDR, the gates at Rock City were open. When we got to the top of the road and the parking lot, Flash noticed the road went into the caves...
Don't know for sure if we were supposed to be in here, but there was a road, and no signs at the entrance telling us not to go in,
so in we went!

Ever notice how dark it is inside a cave when you're wearing sunglasses?!?

At the back we finally found the signs...

that scary group from earlier is even more frightening all the way at the back of a dark cave!

Back outside, we couldn't resist another photo op...

Flash didn't have a tripod, so we had to improvise!

Now that GreenIz has her own toy, BigUn can sit back and relax!
(aka she can make him ride bitch)

Mo liked the feel of the trike too

We were the only bikes in PDR... kinda strange

Lunch was great

At the fort we ran into two more members... Chip and Trapper
(they were trying to decide who got the scalp and who got the ... uh... never mind)

Why is it that this pic reminds me of a 1970's album cover?

OK... this is just creepy...
(and what's up with those lily-white legs????)

Nobody home... nobody home...

As always happens the road finally had to turn toward home!
